This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the ArecaBay, Inc dba CloudVector (CloudVector) Terms of Service (the “Terms”). The terms “CloudVector,” “we,” and “us” include CloudVector and our affiliates and subsidiaries. This privacy policy applies to the site and services offered by CloudVector. The email address you provide may also be used to send you important updates related to the site or the CloudVector platform.

We do not sell, trade or otherwise share your information with outside parties except as noted herein. However, we do share your information with our subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers and partners who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business or servicing you.

We sometimes need to give our service providers who help us run our website and Services access to the data we have in order for them to perform those tasks. They are only authorized to use information that is strictly relevant for them to perform their tasks and we ensure that they are under obligations of confidentiality to us so that your data is secure. If sharing your information is necessary to provide a product, Service or information you have requested; by way of example, sharing your information with a bank, logistics company, event organizer, marketing agency, and other business partners etc.

To keep you up to date on the latest product announcements, software updates, special offers or other information we think you would like to hear about either from us, through our marketing agencies or from our business partners. We may share your data with our subsidiaries or affiliates within the CloudVector group. We share information within this group because these entities also carry out support, marketing, account management and technical operations for CloudVector that are relevant to the provision of the website and services.

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our privacy policy or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety.


We will only collect and process personal data about you where we have lawful bases. Lawful bases include consent (where you have given consent), contract (where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you) and legitimate interests ( such as to protect you, us, or others from security threats, comply with laws that apply to us and to enable or administer our business through consolidated reporting, customer service etc.)

You may choose to delete your data that we hold at any time you choose and unsubscribe from any CloudVector mailing lists you are on.  You can unsubscribe from our mass-marketing emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link which is at the bottom of every mass-marketing email we send.

We may retain your personal data even after you have ceased using our services, requested to unsubscribe or delete your data only if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including law enforcement requests), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, or fulfill your request to “unsubscribe” from further messages from us.


You agree that all Personal Information collected via or by CloudVector may be transferred, processed, and stored anywhere in the world, including but not limited to the United States, the European Union, in the cloud, on our servers, on the servers of our affiliates or the servers of our service providers. Your Personal Information may be accessible to law enforcement or other authorities pursuant to a lawful request. By providing information to CloudVector, you explicitly consent to the storage of your Personal Information in these locations. In particular, if you are visiting from the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use, please note that you are agreeing to the transfer of your information to the United States of America and to Processing of your data globally. California law permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of the Third Parties to whom we have disclosed their Personal Information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of Personal Information disclosed to those parties.
